Day to Day Itinerary:

Day 1 : Arrive in Lhasa. Pickup you from Lhasa train station or Lhasa Airport. Drop to the Hotel and overnight 3750m.

Representative from Tibet Kailash Travel will pick up you from train station or from Lhasa airport. If you are travelling Tibet through mainland China, arrive Lhasa either by train or by flight from main cities of China. 63 kilometer distance takes about one and half hour to Reach Lhasa city from Lhasa Airport (Gonggat Airport). About 12 kilometer distance is for Lhasa train station from main Lhasa city. Your first land at 3,700 miters altitude so that rest of the time is rest in your hotel which helps in acclimatization.

Day 2 : Visit Lhasa. Jokhang temple, Sera Monastery and Norbulinka Palace. Overnight at Hotel

After your breakfast, start to visit Sera Monastery: Situated to the north of Central Lhasa, it is Tibet’s the second largest monastery. Jokhang Temple: Situated in the heart of old Lhasa, it is the most sacred and oldest temple in Lhasa. Norbulinkha Palace: The “Jewel Park” as it is known in Tibetan, was built in the 18th century by 7th Dalai Lama and served as the summer palace of the 13th and 14th Dalai Lamas. Back to hotel for overnight

Day 3 : Visit around Lhasa. Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Street. Overnight

Another day visit in Lhasa city after your breakfast in Hotel. The Potala Palace: Winter palace of Dalai Lama considering of 13 stories and 1000 rooms. Drepung Monastery: the biggest and the richest of all the monasteries in Tibet. School of over 10000 monks and governed 7700 subsidiary monasteries. Bharkhor Bazaar: largest and oldest market in Tibet. You walk through the heart of old Lhasa with its narrow streets white- washed stone homes, windows framed in black and brightly painted woodwork and almost everyone has something to sell.

Day 4 : Visit Yamdrok Lake and drive back to Lhasa for Overnight (420km)

After your breakfast in Hotel, Start driving one of the good Tibetan Highway. It is 210 kilometner one way. Pass over the Gampala pass (4790 m),you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso (4400m) .The Lake is surrounded by many snow-capped mountains and in the distance you have spectacular views of Holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar, the highest mountain near Lhasa . The turquoise coloured Lake Yamdrok Yutso is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. You can enjoy the spectacular view of the lake and enjoy the landscape with rich pasture land to local herdsmen. After the visit, drive back to Lhasa for overnight

Day 5 : Fly to Kathmandu from Lhasa Airport. Pick up and drove to Nagarkot on the way visit Bhaktapur Durbar squire. Overnight at Hotel 2,175m

Starts to drive Lhasa Gonggar Airport at early in the morning. It is an hour flight from Lhasa to Kathmandu. The whole flight is over Nepal and Tibetan Himalayas. Panoramic Mountain including Mount Everest can be seen from your aircraft window. Your Nepal visa is on arrival. Minimum 15 days multiple visa cost you USD 30. Our representative will pick up you and drive to Bhaktapur durbar squire. One of the oldest palace with history, arts, Architectures and local activities. Further drive to Nagarkot for overnight

Day 6 : Spend morning time in Nagarkot. Day visit Bauddhanath, Pashupatinath and Swoyambhunath. Overnight in Kathmandu

Nagarkot is one of the hill station near Kathmandu can explore Himalayan ranges and beautiful landscape. Explore morning from Nagarkot and drive to Kathmandu. Our professional tour guide will make you visit Bauddhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath temple and Swoyambhunath stupa. Both are huge Buddhist places and one is biggest Hindu temple. UNESCO heritage monuments of Kathmandu

Day 7 : Departure for Paro airport (2,235 miters) in Bhutan. Pick up by our guide and drive to Thimpu (2,334 miters). Overnight at Hotel

Drop to Kathmandu International airport. Arrive at Paro airport. It is about one hour scenic Himalayan flight in clear weather. Bhutan visa is pre-applied, you have to bring approval and booking confirmation. After short custom formalities, our guide will pick up you and drive to Thimpu. It is one and half hour driving. Visit Tashi Dzong, Zangdopelri temple and other sights as per available time and interests.

Day 8 : Visit Thimpu valley including Great Buddha Dordenma. Overnight at Thimpu in Hotel

In the morning you will drive to hill side of Thimpu. Visit Great Buddha Dordenma. A good view of Thimpu valley from here. Latter visit the Late King’s Memorial Chorten, the National Library, the indigenous hospital specializing in herbal medicine, handmade paper factory, and the nunnery at Zilukha.
In the afternoon, tour of the school of fine arts where young students learn the traditional arts and crafts (Zo Rig Chusum – the thirteen crafts); Zangtopelri Lhakhang, the Handicraft Emporium and the local handicraft centers to see the varieties of textiles, thangkha paintings, masks, jewelery etc. on display.

Day 9 : Drive to Paro (1 and Half Hour) Hike to Tiger Nest (6 Hours - 3,132 miters) and visit around Paro. Overnight at Hotel

Morning after breakfast in Hotel, start driving to Paro. It is one and half hour driving. Drive again to starting point of Tiger Nest hiking. About 6 hours hiking both way. It is entirely walking. Option to take horse for slow walker with extra pay. Come back and visit other interesting places around Paro, if time permits and if you still interested to visit Ta Dzong (National Museum of Bhutan) is interesting monastery to visit.

Day 10 : Departure from Paro

We drop you to Paro airport for your final departure. You may get your fly back home from Paro airport by connecting Nepal, Thailand, India, Bangaladesh. There are two airlines from Bhutan, Druk Air and Bhutan Airlines.

Visa of Tibet Nepal and Bhutan
We do look after your Tibet travel permit and Bhutan visa. You have to obtain your Chinese visa (We need your passport and Chinese visa together to get Tibet travel permit) before trip starting. Chinese visa and Tibet travel permit is different. We handle your Bhutan visa and Nepal visa on your arrival. Chinese visa cost is depend Chinese Embassy in your country. Nepal visa cost USD 30 for 15 days Multiple.

Requirement of Documents
We need your passport copy, your photograph and Chinese visa by email. Different documents are require if you arrive first in Nepal or first in Bhutan. No Chinese visa is required if you arrive first in Nepal and enter Tibet from Nepal. Your passport should be minimum 6 month valid from your travel date.

Accommodation in entire tour is in 3 star category hotels. All these hotels are stamp as good tourist standard by government. If you want to make your cost less, you can choose to stay at Budget accommodation or if you want to make your trip more comfortable or super deluxe you can choose to stay at 4 or 5 star hotels.

Foods and drinks
Every morning breakfast is including in the tour cost. It will be continental breakfast as buffet. Lunch and Dinner is also including during your Bhutan tour. Local Bhutanese typical foods are serve as Lunch and Dinner. You can choose your own taste for Lunch and Dinner in Nepal and Tibet. Guide will help you to find good restaurants. Tea coffee at your breakfast time is including in the tour package. Bar bills, Bottled drinks are extra paid from this package

What to pack?
The main season to travel Tibet Nepal Bhutan is from March to May and September to December. Temperature is mid neither hot not cold. Accordingly you have to pack your luggage.
